The one certainty in life is change – and yet it often hits us in a variety of challenging ways and at very inconvenient times.  Sometimes we feel lost; other times, panic and overwhelm prevail, and navigating a way forwards eludes us and we try to hang on and hope the storm will pass.  Such resistance puts the body into an uncomfortable holding pattern that then gives rise to feelings of chronic stress and anxiety, which further reduces our coping mechanisms and can cause significant health problems over time.

VIBRATIONAL RESET

Lynn is very experienced at getting to the heart of any issue, and using a combination of energy work and somatic psychotherapy, she is able to identify and help reset the core inner wounds and self-limiting beliefs that lead to overwhelm and burnout

DIGITAL DETOX

You will be encouraged to ditch technology and undergo a digital detox which works wonders for over-active minds and engenders deeper and more restful sleep.  Meditation and walking in nature promote grounding and release deep-seated stress

Relax and recharge

BODYWORK

Holistic bodywork treatments are recommended for relaxing and loosening up overworked and overwrought bodies, and for optimum healing and recovery, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing are also particularly beneficial

I arrived at my retreat with a lot of negative emotions such as resentment and crippling anxiety due to an extended time of work and family pressure. I really thought I needed to quit my job… or maybe even my whole life as I knew it! I had never had any form of healing before but I was currently back in counselling trying to figure out how to obtain a more positive mindset where I could find myself again and cope with life.
A month on and I am more content, joyful and outward looking than I have ever been and I can see many of my relationships are benefitting too. I’ve intertwined changes in my own life which I would not have had the insight to do without this experience, and now look forward to what the day will bring rather than wanting to throw the duvet back over my head. I am so relieved I took a deep breath and jumped into something completely outside of my comfort zone because my retreat experience was life changing and gifted more than I could have ever imagined.
