What Therapies do you Offer?

Daily sessions with Lynn comprise a combination of Energy Work, Metaphysical Coaching, Meditation, Somatic Psychotherapy, Breathwork, Somatic Trauma Release, and Crystal Healing as appropriate.

Can I have Holistic Bodywork Treatments?

Yes.  Treatments are available for £95/hour and include Aromatherapy massage, Reflexology and Indian head massage.

What Are The Catering Options?

This will depend upon where you stay.  Our Recommended Residences have full kitchens for self-catering, and supermarket deliveries can be arranged.
The catering provisions in self-selected accommodations will vary considerably, so you are encouraged to speak to the host before booking to ensure that your catering needs will be met.

Can I Drink Alcohol?

No. Our retreats are strictly alcohol-free to support the healing process.

What Do I Need To Bring?

Comfortable indoor/outdoor clothing, walking shoes, and any groceries, toiletries, or medications you may need. Bedding, towels, and toiletries are provided in our Recommended Residences, but if you are selecting other accommodation, you are advised to check with your host.

How Do I Get There?

Retreats can be held in various locations in Surrey and West Sussex.  Your choice of venue will be discussed during your onboarding call.

Can I Bring My Phone?

Yes, but a digital detox is recommended. Many clients find it restorative to disconnect.  Your accommodation is likely to have a TV, but you’re encouraged to read, journal, or walk instead.

What Outcome Can I Expect?

Outcomes are a reflection of input: the more you commit to fully immersing yourself into your precious sojourn, the more you will benefit.

Clients usually report feeling rested, contented, clearer, and more focused, energised and optimistic. In general, the more intention and openness you bring, the more you will gain.

How Do I Book?

Begin by scheduling a free and informal call with Lynn, where you’ll be invited to ask all your questions, as well as consider the practicalities such as dates and budget.  Lynn will chat through the payment terms, which are then confirmed by email.

Is There Ongoing Support?

Yes.  Before and after-retreat Zoom calls are included in the retreat package, and ongoing online sessions can be arranged as required.
